Louisville Comedy Club is a downtown stand-up venue at 110 W Main St with cabaret-style seating and a full bar and kitchen. Opened in March 2022 in the former Impellizzeri’s space, it quickly began hosting national acts such as Mark Normand, Maria Bamford, and Matt Rife alongside local showcases. Set on Main Street in the Whiskey Row corridor, it’s walkable to bourbon attractions, hotels, and the riverfront.
